Whoo hoo... I've been a "Man on a Mission" today
For the past 2 days, I've been trying to fix the router problem to make sure i get to have my e-learning at home... It was a hard struggle, irritations without a doubt... At least I got half the problem solved...
After about 5 or 6 calls to Linksys, they finally reached a verdict that my router was faulty... So I had to go down to their office at Bishan today to get mine replaced... Phew... I got there just half-an-hour before they close, and thank god it was quick and without complications... I had lots of time on my hands before training so I went to Bishan library to do the graph work that I want to hand up tomorrow... Still got abit left... Seems the work was quite easy... I couldn't find space so I sat opposite the table where there was a pretty girl occupying...
On my way back to the MRT station, i walked passed Giordano and heard someone shout out my name... Turns out it was JoJo aka Kah Kee! She told me she was posted there after she rejoined the company... Looks like I'm not the only one not lagging behind work...
I walked around Bishan central to find a sports shop... I only wanted to get overgrips at first but instead I bought a pair of ankle weights as well... It seemed cheap, and on top of that, there was a discount cause of the Great SG Sale...
Training today was tough... I thought of using weights for training but thought of getting used to walking before doing anything foolish... And luckily the decision was right! I experienced hell training today! I haven't trained till my whole shirt was wet before! It was so tough, I literally shut down while I was waiting for the others to end their drill... My vision today was really good despite the fact that I didn't have anything to eat for the past 7 hours... It was the first time I could see the ball and its direction so well, like it was all in slow motion... I could even tell when the ball is going into the net or flying out!
I was told that the team trials were to be held this Thursday because the advisor wanted us to name the 11 players going for the tournament... As though I'm 100% ready... I would play a total of about 5 matches on Thursday... Best would be to win them all to keep my spot in the team... And hopefully I get the last vacant position in the main 7...
My internet is almost about done, after trying for 1 hour and experiencing a blackout... Seems my desktop can't be turned on but I can receive internet on my laptop! Hehe... Gotta finish all the work i can, Godspeed (literally)
